About the Role:
As their SEM Maestro, you’ll craft and execute paid media strategies across top-tier platforms like Google and Microsoft ads. Your role will involve mentoring and collaborating with a talented squad, driving exceptional results and exceeding client expectations.
Key Responsibilities: * Develop and execute cutting-edge paid media strategies.
- Implement efficient processes and structures to streamline team operations.
- Manage performance metrics to surpass client KPIs.
- Cultivate strong relationships with clients, partners, and internal stakeholders.
- Mentor and train team members to achieve business goals.
- Lead client meetings to deliver insights, recommendations, and performance reports.
- Forecast account/campaign performance based on client objectives.
- Stay updated on the latest Search initiatives and product updates to seize new opportunities.
What are they looking for: * 3-4 years of experience in a paid search agency, with a proven track record of team management.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong analytical skills with a solutions-oriented approach and keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proactive mindset with the ability to work autonomously when required.
- Technical proficiency with Google Search, Performance Max, Demand Gen, YouTube, Display campaigns, Google Analytics, and Microsoft Office.
- Curiosity and critical thinking skills to assess complex problems and develop strategic solutions.
