As an HR Executive at Sharaf DG, you will play a key role in executing recruitment operations, onboarding new hires, managing document workflows, and maintaining employee files in compliance with audit and HR policy standards. This role demands strong coordination skills, attention to detail, and the ability to maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive employee information.What You’ll Do
- Assist recruitment team in interview coordination, logistics, and follow-ups with candidates
- Support onboarding operations including offer letters, ATA preparation, visa processing, and orientation activities
- Manage photocopying, organization, and submission of key documents to Payroll, Medical, and Insurance teams
- Maintain personal employee files in hardcopy for both active and inactive staff; ensure files are audit-ready
- Track file movements using internal registers to prevent misplacement and delays
- Participate in monthly HR audits and ensure compliance with defined SLAs
- Monitor document flow to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with internal HR procedures
- Support new joiners in both Sharaf DG and Sharaf Electronics divisions
Candidate Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
- 1-2 years of experience in HR operations or recruitment support
- Proven skills in employee file management or document control are a plus
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and general office equipment
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work with high confidentiality and integrity
- Proactive and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
