- Generate new business opportunities and build client pipelines for solar energy and energy efficiency solutions
- Engage with corporate, residential, and government clients to present tailored offerings
- Maintain strong account management through effective communication and client relationship building
- Identify cross-selling opportunities for smart home, lighting, LV and AV systems
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Collaborate with engineering teams for solution alignment and proposal development
- Maintain accurate records in CRM and provide market feedback
Candidate Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience in business development or B2B sales
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Engineering
- Experience in energy solutions, solar PV, or automation systems is a plus
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- UAE Driving License and Arabic proficiency are added advantages
