- Administer physical and virtual servers across on-premises and Azure environments
- Monitor performance, ensure high availability, and resolve infrastructure-level issues
- Configure and manage Azure services, virtual machines, and optimize costs
- Maintain and test backup solutions and disaster recovery plans
- Administer user accounts and services in Microsoft 365 (Exchange, Teams, SharePoint)
- Implement MFA, DLP, and other compliance/security protocols
- Provide Tier-2/3 troubleshooting and coordinate with vendors when required
- Document technical procedures and maintain system architecture records
Candidate Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
- 6-8 years of experience in system administration roles
- Hands-on experience with Windows Server, AD, DNS, DHCP, VMware or Hyper-V
- Strong proficiency with Azure infrastructure and Microsoft 365 admin center
- Backup and disaster recovery planning experience
- Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator) preferred
- Excellent problem-solving, documentation, and communication skills
