We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to oversee commercial and industrial solar PV installations, including rooftop, carport, and ground-mounted systems. Based in Dubai, this role is responsible for engineering design oversight, project execution, stakeholder coordination, and team leadership to ensure high-quality, on-time delivery of solar energy projects.Job Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates

- Lead and mentor multidisciplinary project teams including engineers, document controllers, and logistics coordinators
- Oversee engineering and design validation for solar PV systems per DEWA standards and international codes
- Manage project execution from feasibility to handover, ensuring adherence to budget, schedule, and quality
- Coordinate with EPC partners, consultants, and internal departments to ensure seamless operations
- Conduct site inspections for quality, compliance, and safety
- Analyze live project data and optimize performance, O&M, and billing cycles
- Support financial milestone tracking and client reporting
- Introduce automation tools and workflow improvements across the project lifecycle
- Engage with clients and stakeholders to position Sharaf DG Energy as a technical leader
Candidate Requirements
- Bachelor\’s degree in Engineering; Master\’s degree preferred
- DEWA-certified Senior Solar PV Expert
- Minimum 5-7 years’ experience in project management for solar PV systems
- Skilled in tools like MS Project, Primavera, PVsyst, Helioscope, AutoCAD
- Strong knowledge of EPC execution, O&M, and DEWA/local authority regulations
- Proven leadership, team coordination, and client-facing skills
