- Conduct periodic reviews of customer onboarding and documentation in accordance with AML and KYC guidelines

- Collaborate with risk and operations teams to ensure proactive mitigation of non-compliance risks
- Escalate suspicious activity or discrepancies to appropriate stakeholders and assist in regulatory reporting
- Assist in the implementation of FATCA, GDPR, and other regional/international regulations
- Support internal audits and compliance assessments across departments
- Recommend improvements to existing controls and compliance processes
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in compliance operations within banking or financial institutions
- Deep understanding of KYC, AML, CTF, and other financial regulatory frameworks
- Familiarity with global regulatory practices including FATCA and GDPR
- Strong documentation and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and handle confidential information with discretion
- Strong communication and coordination skills
