- Ensure consistency in typography, layout, and branding across all channels
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously with a focus on timely delivery and quality assurance
- Review artwork, conduct final checks, and ensure output meets brand and marketing standards
- Mentor junior designers and contribute to team development
- Stay ahead of design trends and apply new techniques to elevate campaign performance
Candidate Requirements
- Bachelor\’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field
- 5-7 years of hands-on experience in creative agencies or corporate marketing teams
- Strong portfolio showcasing creative thinking, brand identity work, and multi-channel design
- Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite and responsive design principles
- Excellent project management and communication skills
- Ability to translate abstract concepts into clean, functional visual outputs
