- Prepare and present high-quality dishes in accordance with established recipes, plating standards, and seasonal ingredients
- Ensure strict adherence to food hygiene, cleanliness, and waste management protocols
- Assist in maintaining service and food preparation standards aligned with Jumeirah Group’s global quality benchmarks
- Supervise kitchen operations in coordination with the Executive Sous Chef and Chef de Cuisine
- Contribute to the development of new menus, incorporating culinary innovation and luxury dining trends
- Support training and development of junior chefs to ensure consistent service and high morale across the team
Ideal Profile
- Degree in Culinary Arts or equivalent qualification from an accredited culinary institution
- Completed kitchen apprenticeship and formal chef training
- Extensive knowledge of classical and international cuisines
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a luxury hotel or fine dining restaurant
- Fluent in English with strong communication and team leadership skills
- Creative, quality-focused, and results-driven professional
