  • Serve as the main point of contact for a portfolio of key accounts (e.g., hypermarkets, supermarkets, convenience chains) across the UAE.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term partnerships with buyers, category managers, and retail operations teams to drive trust, loyalty, and business growth.
  • Conduct regular customer meetings, joint business reviews, and follow-ups to align objectives, resolve issues, and optimize collaboration.
  • Track account development plans and follow up on execution with a structured calendar.

Sales Strategy G Execution

  • Develop and implement account-specific sales and distribution strategies in alignment with national commercial goals.
  • Drive sell-in and sell-out performance to achieve volume, value, and profitability targets across assigned customers.
  • Identify volume gaps and propose tactical interventions to bridge shortfalls.
  • Conduct detailed analysis of underperforming SKUs, and competitor benchmarks.
  • Implement tactical plans to boost underpenetrated SKUs or channels within accounts.
  • Monitor product availability, stock rotation, and shelf presence to ensure full distribution of our product range.
  • Lead execution of price promotions, new product launches, and seasonal campaigns.

Negotiation G Contract Management

  • Negotiate and renew trading agreements, promotional calendars, and commercial terms with buyers.
  • Ensure execution of all contractual elements including listing, pricing, rebates, visibility, and activation deliverables.
  • Track agreement compliance and proactively address gaps in execution or margin targets.
  • Maintain up-to-date records of all agreements, terms, and conditions across accounts.

Distribution, Availability G Retail Execution

  • Ensure continuous availability and optimal distribution of our Energy products across all store formats within key accounts.
  • Coordinate with merchandising teams to ensure in-store visibility, promotional displays, and branded assets (POS, chillers, etc.) meet brand standards.
  • Work in close coordination with assigned merchandisers to ensure planogram compliance, timely replenishment, stock rotation, and correct deployment of POS materials in all outlets.
  • Monitor in-store execution through regular market visits and coordinate corrective actions where needed.

Promotional G Marketing Coordination

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute in-store promotions, brand activations, and visibility campaigns tailored to each account.
  • Track promotion ROI and provide feedback to improve effectiveness.
  • Ensure all product launches are supported with the right visibility, pricing, and shelf space.
  • Identify opportunities for exclusive account-based activations to increase brand equity and shopper engagement.

Business Development

  • Identify and develop new growth opportunities within existing accounts, including new store listings, range expansion, and custom initiatives.
  • Prospect and propose new key account partnerships to expand our footprint in Modern Trade.

Collections G Dues

  • Follow up on payment collections and ensure timely clearance of customer invoices in line with agreed credit terms.
  • Coordinate closely with finance and customers to follow up on overdue payments and assist in resolving outstanding issues or disputes.

Market Intelligence G Reporting

  • Monitor market trends, competitive activity, pricing shifts, and customer feedback
  • Provide regular performance reports, forecasts, and business insights to management for decision-making
  • Track KPIs such as sales volume, distribution reach, availability, shelf share, and promotional performance

G. Internal Coordination

  • Work cross-functionally with marketing, trade marketing, supply chain & logistics, and finance teams to ensure operational alignment
  • Support demand planning and forecast accuracy by providing account-level insights and updates
  • Ensure timely follow-up on deliveries, payment cycles, and promotional settlements

JOB REǪUIREMENTS

  • 1-3 years of experience in key account management, preferably in the FMCG or beverage industry
  • Proven track record of building customer relationships and delivering commercial results in a key account role
  • Strong knowledge of the UAE Modern Trade landscape, including major retailers such as Carrefour, Lulu, Union Coop, etc.
  • Energetic, self-motivated, and resilient under pressure.
  • Solid negotiation, presentation, and communication skills
  • Ability to analyze data, draw insights, and propose commercially viable strategies
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with CRM or sales automation tools
  • Valid UAE driving license preferred

LANGUAGE REǪUIREMENTSEnglish language proficiency is required; knowledge of additional languages (Arabic, Hindi, Urdu) is an advantage.

Expected salary: 8000 – 10000 per month
