Job description: We are seeking a qualified and experienced Customer Service Coordinator with a Bachelor’s degree and 4-5 years of proven experience in customer service coordination, specifically in handling Government and Corporate Clients. The ideal candidate must have a strong technical or IT customer service background, with the ability to manage client relationships efficiently and professionally. Fluency in both Arabic and English is essential, along with a solid working knowledge of MS Office applications. The role requires daily updates and management of ERP and CRM systems, as well as experience in preparing and submitting quotations, Maintenance Service Contracts, and related correspondence. Candidates should be well-organized, a team player, and possess excellent interpersonal skills with a pleasing personality.
