The business is committed to driving digital innovation to deliver excellence in customer serviceWe are actively seeking an ambitious professional to join our Retail Banking team at ADCB to work alongside passionate colleagues who share your ambition to redefine excellence in UAE banking.In this role, your key responsibilities include
- Develop and manage client relationships by offering value-added advice and guidance to customers and placing their needs at the forefront in order to achieve desired objectives of the Bank in line with the required standards
- Proactively develop effective plans to manage relationships, both existing and new, by anticipating customer needs and providing superior quality services in order to achieve an increased wallet share and high Net Promotor Score (NPS)
- Increase Privilege Club product penetration for Wealth Products (including Mortgages) to base assigned in order to maintain the clawback ratio within accepted tolerance level
- Optimise the potential value and profitability of existing relationships by assisting in the delivery of solutions, products and services appropriate in order to meet customer need and to improve customer engagement
- Contact and meet with customers within the portfolio to ensure their requirements are fully understood and product sourced to fulfil their requirements
- Adhere to all relevant organisational and departmental policies, processes, standard operating procedures and instructions so that work is carried out to the required standard and in a consistent manner while delivering the required standard of service to customers and stakeholders
- Manage self in line with the Bank’s people management policies, procedures, processes and practices to ensure adherence and to maximise own contribution to business performance
The ideal candidate should have the following experience
- At least 4 years of banking experience preferably Wealth Management
- Bachelor’s Degree preferably in Commerce or Finance related field
- Understanding of Retail Banking management products and services
- Excellent communication skills University graduate or equivalent qualification
- Leadership and team building skills
- Time management and organizational skills
