Job description: Key Responsibilities:Supervise and coordinate daily housekeeping operations and staff assignments.Inspect guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house for cleanliness and compliance with standards.Ensure housekeeping staff follow proper procedures and safety protocols.Train, schedule, and monitor the performance of housekeeping staff.Handle guest complaints and special requests professionally and promptly.Manage inventory and ensure adequate stock of cleaning supplies and equipment.Assist in budget control and cost-saving initiatives.Report maintenance issues to the appropriate department.Maintain records related to housekeeping operations (e.g., staff attendance, inspection reports).Enforce company policies and ensure adherence to hygiene and health regulations.
Expected salary: 4000 per month
