  • Deliver structured orientation and onboarding sessions for new hires, ensuring a smooth integration into the company culture
  • Design customized training modules focused on behavioral, technical, and soft skills aligned with organizational competencies
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to assess training needs via job analysis, appraisals, and team consultations
  • Monitor learning progress through assessments, feedback loops, and post-training evaluations
  • Update training content regularly to reflect business goals and new practices
  • Lead workshops and coaching sessions across functional and behavioral disciplines
  • Promote continuous learning initiatives and support the implementation of a long-term learning strategy

Candidate Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience in training, education, or HR development
  • 2 to 3 years’ experience in a training or learning and development role, ideally within entertainment, leisure, or hospitality
  • Strong communication skills in English; Arabic is a plus
  • Proven expertise in facilitation, content development, and delivery of learning programs
  • Ability to connect with diverse teams and drive engagement through impactful training
  • Knowledge of learning management systems (LMS) and adult learning principles preferred
