- Deliver outstanding customer service in line with Majid Al Futtaim’s brand and service standards
- Actively identify customer needs and provide tailored recommendations across product categories
- Achieve and exceed individual sales targets through effective selling, upselling, and cross-selling
- Maintain merchandising and store cleanliness, ensuring products are fully replenished and presented attractively
- Handle customer complaints and inquiries professionally, escalating complex issues to store management as needed
- Apply product knowledge across MAF Fashion brands to guide customer purchasing decisions, even suggesting alternatives from other stores
- Support loss prevention efforts by adhering to security protocols and minimizing stock loss
Candidate Requirements
- High school certificate or equivalent
- 1-2 years of retail or customer-facing sales experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
