- Manage daily pricing and inventory strategies across all properties in the cluster
- Conduct performance analysis to support revenue maximization and RevPAR growth
- Monitor market trends and competitor performance to inform rate recommendations
- Assist in forecasting and budgeting processes for room revenue with hotel GMs and Sales leaders
- Review and evaluate group requests, ensuring alignment with pricing strategy
- Support the Revenue Team in preparing monthly performance reviews and KPI reports
- Drive participation in revenue meetings, highlighting both opportunities and risks
- Collaborate with cluster stakeholders to improve total revenue performance across departments
- Maintain OTA rate parity and monitor IDeaS RMS and Opera Cloud platforms
- Identify long-term strategies to enhance RGI and market competitiveness
Candidate Requirements
- Bachelor\’s degree in Business, Hospitality, or Revenue-related discipline
- Minimum 2 years of experience in hotel revenue management or analytics
- Familiarity with multi-property strategy and revenue KPIs (RevPAR, ADR, RGI, GOPPAR)
- Knowledge of hotel systems including Opera Cloud and IDeaS RMS is preferred
- Excellent Excel and data visualization skills; strong analytical mindset
- Fluent in English with strong written and verbal communication
- Organized, proactive, and collaborative; able to manage multiple stakeholders
- Flexible and goal-oriented; capable of meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment
