  • Prepare and serve dishes according to hotel recipes and plating standards
  • Take ownership of a specific kitchen section, ensuring smooth and efficient operations
  • Maintain a clean, hygienic, and well-organized workspace at all times
  • Oversee ingredient preparation, cooking, and final presentation of meals
  • Monitor stock levels, manage orders, and minimize food waste
  • Collaborate with the Head Chef on menu development and seasonal offerings
  • Train, guide, and mentor junior kitchen staff to maintain consistency and quality

Candidate Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Chef de Partie in a 5-star hotel or luxury kitchen
  • Culinary diploma or equivalent formal training
  • Sound knowledge of international cuisine, cooking methods, and food hygiene regulations
  • Ability to manage time effectively under pressure and meet quality expectations
  • Strong communication skills and teamwork mindset
  • Creative, detail-oriented, and committed to excellence in culinary service
