– Oversee all aspects of bar service including mixology, staffing, scheduling, inventory, and compliance with health and safety protocols
– Train, coach, and inspire a talented bar team, ensuring alignment with the brand’s high standards
– Monitor labor, beverage costs, and revenue to achieve profitability targets
– Implement creative beverage programming, in line with the Frantzen concept and Atlantis brand
– Liaise with culinary and service teams to ensure seamless operations across all touchpoints
– Foster a welcoming, energetic environment that elevates the venue’s reputation and guest loyaltyCandidate Requirements– Minimum 5 years experience in hospitality, with at least 3 years in a bar management or supervisory role
– Proven leadership in a high-end, fast-paced bar or lifestyle dining venue
