- Lead daily retail store operations, including team scheduling, inventory control, and financial tracking
- Drive sales performance and ensure achievement of store KPIs and sales targets
- Maintain visual merchandising standards, ensure stock replenishment, and oversee store cleanliness
- Conduct regular audits of financial and stock records to ensure compliance and accuracy
- Develop action plans to address performance gaps and improve overall store performance
- Hire, train, and mentor staff to support professional growth and ensure service excellence
- Communicate with mall management and backend office teams to align on store activities
- Handle escalated customer service inquiries to enhance satisfaction and loyalty
- Oversee compliance with safety and loss prevention policies
- Monitor store expenses and manage budgets effectively
Ideal Profile
- 5+ years of experience in fashion or lifestyle retail, including team leadership and store management
- Proven track record in achieving sales KPIs and driving customer engagement
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Experience in stock audits, staff performance reviews, and operational reporting
- Bachelor\’s degree in business administration, retail management, or a related field preferred
