Job description: Responsibilities:Develop and execute the financial strategy of the company in alignment with overall business goals.Provide strategic recommendations to the CEO and executive team based on financial analysis and projections.Oversee budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and capital structure planning.Lead the preparation of financial statements, reports, and analyses for internal and external stakeholders.Ensure compliance with local and international financial regulations and standards.Manage relationships with auditors, financial institutions, investors, and regulatory bodies.Assess and manage business risks, including insurance and internal control systems.Oversee tax planning, financial reporting, treasury functions, and cost control initiatives.Drive financial performance improvements, cost efficiencies, and return on investment.Supervise and mentor the finance team, promoting a culture of high performance and accountability.Support mergers, acquisitions, and fundraising initiatives when applicable.Required SkillsBachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or Economics; MBA or CPA/CA/CMA qualification preferred.Minimum 10–15 years of progressive experience in finance leadership roles, including at least 5 years at a senior executive level.Proven track record in strategic financial planning, risk management, and capital management.Strong knowledge of corporate financial law, accounting standards (e.g., IFRS, GAAP), and tax regulations.Experience in leading ERP implementations and digital transformation in finance is a plus.Exceptional leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.High integrity, ethics, and a commitment to transparency and compliance.

Expected salary: 15000 – 25000 per month
