Job description: Responsibilities:Project Controls:Design and implement robust project control frameworks, tools, and procedures.Track and report on project progress, milestones, schedules, and overall performance.Lead and coordinate risk assessments and change management strategies across projects.Ensure consistency and compliance with project control standards across all project verticals.Cost Management:Oversee cost estimation, planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.Establish and monitor financial KPIs to ensure alignment with project budgets.Approve cost reports, identify deviations, and initiate corrective actions as needed.Guide value engineering and cost optimization efforts throughout the project lifecycle.HSE Oversight:Develop and implement group-wide HSE strategies and performance benchmarks.Ensure full compliance with local and international health, safety, and environmental regulations.Promote a strong HSE culture through training, audits, and proactive risk management.Monitor HSE metrics and lead incident investigations and corrective action planning.Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field (Master’s preferred).Minimum 15+ years of experience in project controls, cost management, and HSE—preferably within PMC, EPC, or asset-intensive environments.Proven track record in leading large-scale project portfolios across multi-disciplinary teams.Strong knowledge of project control software, cost estimation tools, and HSE standards.Excellent leadership, analytical, and decision-making skills.Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities.Experience working in the Middle East region is preferred.
Expected salary: 50000 – 60000 per year
