- Lead project planning and execution of phygital store launches across GCC markets
- Create digital-first in-store experiences integrating smart fitting rooms, digital activations, and omnichannel journeys
- Oversee retail operations: pricing, stock availability, sourcing, merchandising, and SOP execution
- Define KPIs and use data insights to optimize store layouts, customer engagement, and in-store conversion
- Drive marketing alignment for brand activation and digital campaigns (Meta, Google, TikTok, 1P/3P targeting)
- Collaborate with e-commerce, logistics, retail ops, and external agency teams for synchronized execution
- Benchmark competitors and analyze GCC market trends to refine strategy
- Deliver measurable results on sales performance, customer experience, and profitability
- Act as a strategic advisor to senior leadership, supporting the business plan and transformation roadmap
Ideal Profile
- 7+ years in consulting, retail transformation, digital innovation, or omnichannel strategy
- Strong analytical and strategic planning skills with experience managing cross-functional projects
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities
- Background in GCC retail markets and consumer behavior a strong advantage
- Fluent in English; Arabic proficiency is a plus
