Job description: Responsibilities:Execute all financial audit activities and ensure all requests raised by the Internal Audit Director, Internal Audit Lead, and the Audit & Risk Committee are fulfilled to expectationsLead periodic and special financial audits and engage relevant stakeholders as required and provide reports to the Internal Audit Lead on actual or potential controlsContribute to annual risk assessment and annual internal audit plan development in coordination with Risk Management team and the Internal Audit LeadWork with the Internal Audit Lead to align on each internal audit assignment requirements in line with the Internal Audit Plan and available resourcesContribute to the development of the financial audit scope of work in coordination with the Internal Audit LeadLead overall fieldwork activities while maintaining effective communication with the Internal Audit Lead to ensure objectives are met within the established timeline and budgetDevelop all working papers and ensure proper documentation and referencing is in place between working papers, supporting documents and audit findings, while ensuring alignment with applicable IIA and ADAA requirements and standards, and the Internal Audit ManualOrganize and present meaningfully detailed reports to communicate the results of internal audit engagements to the Internal Audit Lead and Internal Audit DirectorSupplement draft and final financial audit reports while ensuring accurate information and analysis to support financial audit recommendationsSupport the Internal Audit Lead and Internal Audit Director in validating audit findings and observations with process owners and stakeholders and maintain transparent and clear communication lines with various departmentsFollow up with process owners on agreed upon action plans based on follow up engagements and track due datesEscalate red flags, inconsistencies noticed or delays in audit engagements to the Internal Audit Lead and Internal Audit Director as and when requiredRequired SkillsMinimum 6 to 8 years of experience performing the above-mentioned functionsBachelor’s degree in accountancy or Inter Chartered Accountant as minimum qualificationHands on experience in MS Excel and WordCIA certified
Expected salary: 15000 – 20000 per month
