Job Type: Full TimeWhat You’ll Do
- Coordinate directly with Dubai and Northern Emirates authorities to manage utility NOC approvals
- Produce and review utility drawings, cross sections, and technical documentation
- Use Autodesk Civil 3D and Bentley OpenRoads Utilities for design support
- Monitor drawing progress, track pending documentation, and ensure timely submission
- Organize and attend meetings with agencies and stakeholders for NOC processing
- Communicate technical issues, liaise with third-party consultants, and follow up on unresolved items
- Prepare weekly and monthly status reports and support senior design and engineering staff
- Recommend process improvements to expedite approvals and reduce bottlenecks
- Support client meetings and maintain regular communication with internal and external stakeholders
Ideal Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (preferably Civil)
- Minimum 8 years of experience in stakeholder management and infrastructure NOC coordination
- Strong understanding of Dubai authority requirements and submission procedures
- Fluency in English and Arabic preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; knowledge of AutoCAD and design software a plus
- Possession of a valid UAE driver’s license is highly preferred
- Effective communicator with strong leadership and problem-solving abilities
