Forward Thinking is a mentor ship company dedicated to empowering students on their journey to university through nurturing self-confidence, prioritizing well-being and identifying students’ unique strengths and abilities.Position Overview :We are seeking an organized, proactive, and people-oriented HR Coordinator to support the day-to-day HR operations across The Coaching Center and Forward Thinking. The successful candidate will report directly to the Head of HR and play a key role in ensuring seamless communication between HR and staff members, maintaining employee records, and supporting recruitment, on boarding, and engagement initiatives.Key Responsibilities
●Communication & Staff Engagement
Serve as the first point of contact for staff inquiries and concerns, ensuring clear and timely communication.
Coordinate team engagement activities and staff professional development initiatives.
●HR Administration
Maintain and update employee records, contracts, and HR databases accurately.
Assist in organizing and documenting performance reviews, evaluations, and feedback sessions.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal HR policies.
●Recruitment & Onboarding
Support recruitment activities, including job postings, interview coordination, and candidate communication.
Assist with onboarding new hires, ensuring relevant labor laws and safeguarding requirements are met.
Maintain recruitment tracking systems and candidate databases.
●Offboarding & Exit Management
Handling resignation, termination, or redundancy processes
Preparing full & final settlement (including gratuity, unused leave, visa cancellation) in compliance with labor law.
●Performance Management
Maintaining KPI files and supporting the performance management review process
●Payroll & Compensation
Coordinating with finance/accounting for the timely payment of staff salaries
Preparing and maintaining monthly attendance data
●Visa and Immigration Process
Coordinating with the Government Relations Team for visa application, Emirates ID, medical tests, etc.
●General HR Support
Prepare HR documents such as employment letters, reports, and spreadsheets as required.Requirements
●Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
●1-2 years of experience in an HR support role within the UAE preferred.
●Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
●Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
●Ability to manage multiple responsibilities across two dynamic organizations.
●A positive attitude, a high level of professionalism, and discretion when handling confidential information.
●Understanding of HR compliance in educational settings, such as Occupational Health Cards (OHC), KHDAapprovals, and child safeguarding protocols, is required.
Expected salary: 5000 – 6000 per month
