Your role involves providing professional treatments, ensuring impeccable cleanliness and hygiene, and offering product and wellness recommendations to enhance each guest\’s visit.Key Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized spa treatments including massages, facials, and body therapies aligned with wellness protocols
- Prepare and inspect treatment rooms prior to and after sessions to ensure readiness and hygiene
- Maintain accurate guest consultation records and follow all standard operating procedures
- Recommend aftercare and wellness programs tailored to guest needs and preferences
- Support spa cleanliness, safety, and luxury ambiance in compliance with UAE health standards
- Stay informed on spa trends, product knowledge, and service updates to enrich guest experience
- Represent the Jumeirah brand by delivering exceptional service with cultural sensitivity and professionalism
Job Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in spa or wellness therapy, ideally in a 5-star hotel or luxury spa
- Valid professional certification in massage therapy or health and beauty treatments
- Deep knowledge of spa treatment techniques, anatomy, and wellness protocols
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong customer focus, attention to detail, and ability to build trust with diverse guests
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays as part of a team
