Employment Type: Full-Time | Immediate Start PreferredA thriving Dubai-based travel technology company is seeking a strategic and service-focused Manager of Customer Success – Supply to manage and grow relationships with our global hotel and channel manager partners.You will be responsible for ensuring partners are fully integrated, optimising their performance on the platform, and enhancing inventory, pricing, and availability.Key Responsibilities:Manage onboarding, relationship growth, and performance of hotel and channel manager partners.Resolve issues around ARI (Availability, Rates, Inventory) delivery, mapping, and rate parity.Collaborate with internal teams across product, engineering, and commercial to improve partner operations.Analyse partner data to track health metrics and improve supply-side outcomes.Candidate Profile:4-6+ years in travel industry, hotel distribution, channel management, or hospitality tech.Strong understanding of B2B hotel connectivity and inventory systems.Analytical and commercially aware, with strong communication skills.Experience with global hotel chains or platform integrations is advantageous.How to Apply:
