The BIM Modeler will work closely with architectural, MEP, and ID teams to produce high-quality digital models and drawings for large-scale building projects. The role includes model development, clash detection, documentation, and coordination with multidisciplinary teams to support design accuracy and timely project delivery.Key Responsibilities
- Create and manage Revit-based BIM models for architecture, MEP, and interior design disciplines
- Ensure compliance with company BIM standards, naming conventions, and LOD requirements
- Use Navisworks to perform clash detection and coordinate across trades
- Extract detailed 2D documentation and material take-offs from 3D models
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, and project managers to resolve coordination issues
- Maintain and update models throughout the project lifecycle
- Support BIM-based workflows, including 4D sequencing and design analysis
- Participate in BIM coordination meetings and design review sessions
- Assist in the development of BIM templates and standard libraries
Job Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor\’s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience in BIM modeling
- Strong proficiency in Revit, Navisworks, and AutoCAD
- Experience with Architectural, MEP, and ID coordination workflows
- Working knowledge of BIM standards such as ISO 19650
- Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of handling multiple deadlines
- Effective communication and collaboration skills
