As a Swimming Pool Site Engineer, you will be responsible for managing all technical aspects of pool construction at project sites, ensuring timely delivery, quality workmanship, and adherence to safety and design standards. You will coordinate with multidisciplinary teams and ensure all stages-excavation, structure, waterproofing, MEP, and finishing-are executed with precision and compliance.Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day site operations for swimming pool construction projects
- Ensure compliance with design specifications, safety regulations, and quality standards
- Supervise structural work, tiling, waterproofing, plumbing, and electrical tasks
- Coordinate with architects, designers, MEP engineers, and subcontractors
- Conduct site inspections, resolve technical issues, and implement practical solutions
- Manage material delivery schedules and on-site inventory
- Maintain accurate records of site activities, progress reports, and project documentation
- Monitor health and safety procedures across all pool work areas
- Ensure exceptional finishing and quality in pool installations
Job Requirements
- Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering or related field
- 5-8 years of hands-on site experience in swimming pool or water feature construction
- In-depth knowledge of waterproofing, plumbing, tiling, and pool filtration systems
- Proven ability to coordinate site teams and manage multiple trades
- Strong understanding of Dubai’s construction regulations and HSE requirements
- Proficient in reading technical drawings and construction documentation
- Excellent problem-solving and site supervision skills
