The successful candidate will have a strong background in facilities management, preferably with experience in managing universities, hospitality, residential, and commercial facilities.Key Responsibilities– Install, maintain, and repair ELV systems, including gates, barriers, and CCTV.– Conduct routine inspections and troubleshooting to ensure system functionality.– Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless facilities management.– Provide technical expertise and guidance on ELV systems.– Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.Requirements– 3-5 years of experience in facilities management, preferably with a reputable FM organization.– Background in managing diverse facilities, including universities, hospitality, residential, and commercial properties.– In-depth knowledge of ELV systems, including gates, barriers, and CCTV.– Strong technical skills and problem-solving abilities.– Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Expected salary: 4000 per month
