Job description: Robert Walters is currently working with a well established organisation who are on the lookout for a Senior Accountant to join their office in Dubai.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and analyse financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Maintain and reconcile subsidiary accounts to the general ledger.
- Oversee and manage accounts payable and accounts receivable functions.
- Develop and implement accounting policies and procedures.
- Perform internal controls testing and ensure compliance with IFRS.
- Analyse financial data and prepare reports to management.
- Forecast financial performance and develop budgets.
- Assist with external audits.
- Supervise junior team members.
- Stay up-to-date on changes in accounting rules and regulations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting or ACCA/CA qualification.
- 8+ years of combined experience in an international business and the Big 4/top tier audit firm in a similar role.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience using SAP/Oracle/Microsoft Dynamics ERP.
Expected salary: 25000 per month
