As a Collections Executive, you will be responsible for tracking and collecting outstanding payments from customers, maintaining accurate records, and proposing solutions such as payment plans or discounts where necessary. Your role will include frequent client communication, coordination with internal departments, and generating regular reports on collection performance.Key Responsibilities
- Receive and manage assigned customer accounts for collection
- Verify payment status via internal ERP/CRM systems
- Initiate calls and emails to remind clients of upcoming or overdue payments
- Negotiate and influence customers to fulfill outstanding obligations
- Follow up on cheque collections, bank transfers, and payment receipts
- Update the consolidated collection master file daily with progress details
- Arrange and attend client meetings to resolve payment-related queries
- Propose discounts for installment customers, with team leader approval
- Coordinate with admin and cashier for accurate documentation handover
- Provide daily updates and attend team meetings to review collection status
- Generate monthly reports for payments collected, adjustments, or cancellations
- Maintain detailed call logs and collection records
- Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate departments and follow through
Job Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of collection experience in the UAE
- Experience in the real estate sector preferred
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Good command of English (Arabic is a plus)
- Familiarity with ERP and CRM software tools
- Ability to manage high-pressure situations professionally
- Customer-focused with conflict resolution abilities
