Job description: Key Responsibilities:

- Record and process supplier invoices, payments, and customer receipts
- Manage intercompany transactions, reconciliations, and confirmations
- Maintain accurate accounts receivable and payable records
- Communicate with internal departments and group entities to resolve accounting discrepancies
- Prepare and maintain balance sheet schedules and perform monthly reconciliations to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial records
- Prepare monthly bank and intercompany reconciliations
- Support month-end and year-end closing processes
- Assist in preparing reports, schedules, and documentation for audits
- Maintain organized financial records and ensure compliance with internal controls
- Ensure timely posting and reconciliation of transactions in the accounting system
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 1-3 years of experience in a similar accounting role
- Familiarity with accounting standards (IFRS/GAAP)
- Good understanding of basic accounting principles
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
Expected salary: 9000 – 10000 per month
