Job description: Key Responsibilities:

  • Record and process supplier invoices, payments, and customer receipts
  • Manage intercompany transactions, reconciliations, and confirmations
  • Maintain accurate accounts receivable and payable records
  • Communicate with internal departments and group entities to resolve accounting discrepancies
  • Prepare and maintain balance sheet schedules and perform monthly reconciliations to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial records
  • Prepare monthly bank and intercompany reconciliations
  • Support month-end and year-end closing processes
  • Assist in preparing reports, schedules, and documentation for audits
  • Maintain organized financial records and ensure compliance with internal controls
  • Ensure timely posting and reconciliation of transactions in the accounting system

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • 1-3 years of experience in a similar accounting role
  • Familiarity with accounting standards (IFRS/GAAP)
  • Good understanding of basic accounting principles
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills

Expected salary: 9000 – 10000 per month
