Exciting Role Overview:
As part of this role, you will play a vital role in offering support and assistance to patients and their families. You will also collaborate with the reception, administration and clinical teams, assisting with all aspects of the administration of the patient’s journey through our facility. We are seeking a motivated and highly capable administration person to join our high functioning Front Office team.
Key responsibilities:
- Handling inbound and outbound calls for the Hospital
- Providing prompt and precise responses to inquiries from patients, visitors and other staff
- Collaborating with medical staff, colleagues, patients, and visitors to ensure seamless hospital experiences.
- Compiling and managing patient admission documents and clinical records.
About You
To thrive in this role, you will be a vibrant individual with a deep commitment to customer service and the ability to engage empathetically while efficiently managing admission flow is crucial.
Additionally, you will bring:
- Proficiency in computer usage, including MS suite.
- Prior experience in a busy and high functioning environment.
- Ability to complete tasks within designated timeframes and prioritise work schedules to meet changing needs.
Remuneration: On offer is base annual salary ranging from $55,000 – $60,000 ( plus casual loading if casual ) + superannuation.
Salary level is based on experience level and qualifications, exclusive of penalties or allowances
