As Senior Financial Analyst, you will serve as a strategic finance business partner for Amazon Now and other Quick Commerce initiatives in the region. You will lead end-to-end planning processes, forecast development, KPI accountability, and cost optimization. This position offers high visibility with senior stakeholders and demands sharp financial acumen, cross-functional collaboration, and operational agility.Key Responsibilities
- Lead financial planning cycles, performance reviews, and periodic business reporting
- Develop and maintain scalable financial models to support growth and profitability targets
- Extract insights from large datasets to deliver actionable business recommendations
- Drive cost-saving initiatives across the value chain without compromising customer experience
- Collaborate with Product, Program, Accounting, and FP&A teams on financial strategies
- Ensure high standards of financial control, auditing inputs, and improving governance
- Present financial narratives in monthly and quarterly business reviews
- Build dashboards, tools, and automated processes for improved financial decision-making
- Support evaluation of new programs, initiatives, and business case assessments
Job Requirements
- Minimum 4 years of experience in finance, financial modeling, or analytical roles
- Strong grasp of financial performance indicators and audit control environments
- Skilled in forecasting, P&L management, and business performance analysis
- Proven ability to work with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
