- Deliver a professional and welcoming experience during all HR-related interactions
- Assist with planning and execution of employee engagement and wellness initiatives
- Support HR policy communication and help respond to employee queries
- Handle administrative tasks including employee recordkeeping and report preparation
- Promote internal communications and staff recognition initiatives
- Maintain confidentiality and uphold HR standards in every task
Job Requirements
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a hospitality or business program
- Previous internship in a luxury or 5-star hotel is a plus but not mandatory
- Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
- Available to begin in August for the full internship term
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
