As Team Leader at the Palace Lounge in Dubai, you will supervise day-to-day guest service activities, ensure team alignment with brand standards, and maintain smooth coordination with relevant departments. Your role will include overseeing guest satisfaction, maintaining service quality, preparing reports, and supporting a positive team environment in one of the region’s most luxurious hospitality settings.Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily Palace Lounge operations and service delivery across shifts
- Conduct pre-shift briefings and ensure staff are informed on daily plans and standards
- Address guest inquiries and complaints professionally, escalating where necessary
- Maintain service logs, audit checklists, and compliance records
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience
- Lead by example, ensuring team members maintain high service and grooming standards
- Train and mentor junior team members and uphold brand service guidelines
Job Requirements
- 1-2 years of supervisory experience in luxury hospitality, preferably in lounge or guest service roles
- Proficient in English; additional language such as Russian or another European language is desirable
- Familiarity with Opera PMS Cloud and Microsoft Office applications
- Strong communication, conflict resolution, and time management skills
- Experience in a multicultural team environment
- Professional, well-groomed, and service-focused demeanor
