1. Project Planning:
– Develop and execute project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
– Ensure compliance with safety regulations, industry standards, and client requirements.
2. Project Execution:
– Manage and coordinate project activities, including engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning.
– Ensure effective communication and collaboration among project stakeholders.
3. Risk Management:
– Identify and mitigate project risks, including technical, financial, and schedule risks.
– Develop and implement risk management plans to minimize project disruptions.
4. Quality and Safety:
– Ensure that project work meets high-quality standards and safety requirements.
– Conduct regular site inspections to identify potential safety hazards.Requirements:
1. Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
– Professional certifications (e.g., PMP, PE) are an advantage.
2. Experience:
– Minimum 8-10 years of experience in power construction project management, preferably in substation projects.
– Proven experience in managing large-scale projects.
3. Skills:
– Strong technical knowledge of substation power construction and electrical systems.
– Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
– Strong project management skills, including planning, execution, and risk management.Salary: AED 20000 – 25000 + Family benefits
