You will work closely with hotel departments and external suppliers to maintain timely and accurate sourcing.Key Responsibilities
- Oversee procurement of goods and services for hotel operations
- Negotiate contracts, terms, and prices with vendors and suppliers
- Ensure procurement aligns with brand and local compliance standards
- Coordinate with department heads to forecast purchasing needs
- Review purchase orders and track deliveries to maintain inventory flow
- Monitor supplier performance and initiate quality control checks
- Optimize procurement processes to reduce costs without compromising service
- Supervise documentation, approvals, and procurement reporting
Governance & Standards
- Enforce Marriott International’s procurement policies and ethical guidelines
- Maintain clear documentation for auditing and compliance purposes
- Participate in periodic reviews and audits of procurement activities
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or Hospitality
- 3+ years of procurement experience in hospitality or a related sector
- Proficiency in procurement software and vendor management systems
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills
- Ability to manage budgets and ensure adherence to cost controls
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus
