As a Procurement Manager at Four Points by Sheraton Dubai, you will be responsible for ensuring the availability of high-quality goods and services at competitive prices. This role supports the hotel’s operational excellence by overseeing purchasing workflows, maintaining supplier partnerships, and enforcing strict quality control standards.Key Responsibilities
- Manage the procurement cycle including sourcing, ordering, and delivery
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers
- Negotiate prices, terms, and contracts aligned with budget and policy
- Conduct market research to identify new suppliers and cost-saving opportunities
- Ensure compliance with Marriott International\’s procurement procedures
- Collaborate with hotel departments to assess supply needs and priorities
- Review purchase orders and ensure timely delivery of goods and services
- Monitor inventory levels and manage stock replenishment efficiently
Governance & Standards
- Uphold transparency, compliance, and ethical sourcing policies
- Maintain up-to-date records for procurement and supplier contracts
- Monitor supplier performance and product/service quality
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field
- 3-5 years of experience in procurement, preferably in the hospitality industry
- Strong negotiation, analytical, and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in procurement systems and inventory management tools
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus
