As a Guest Experience Expert, you will be the face of the St. Regis Downtown Dubai guest journey-from check-in to departure. This role is designed for someone who enjoys interacting with people, managing requests with discretion, and ensuring each detail of the guest experience is handled smoothly and professionally.Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome and check-in guests, ensuring all details are accurate and preferences noted
  • Handle guest requests promptly and with attention to quality
  • Provide information about the hotel, amenities, and local attractions
  • Process check-outs and resolve billing or service issues as needed
  • Complete necessary documentation and daily operational reports
  • Maintain confidentiality and protect guest and company data
  • Follow safety and operational standards
  • Assist with any additional front office duties as assigned

Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent
  • Previous hospitality or customer service experience preferred
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks
  • Strong attention to detail, discretion, and guest satisfaction
  • Familiarity with hotel systems or willingness to learn quickly
