- Maintain POS systems, user accounts, computer terminals, and telecom infrastructure
- Monitor daily IT operations including data communication logs and system activity
- Install, configure, and upgrade software applications and peripheral devices
- Support administrative tasks such as system access, backups, and inventory tracking
- Assist and train hotel staff in proper use of IT systems and security best practices
- Ensure hotel data integrity, privacy, and compliance with Marriott IT policies
- Document solutions and technical issues for future reference
- Collaborate with external vendors and Marriott global IT teams for escalated support
Job Requirements
- Degree or diploma in Information Technology or related technical training
- Minimum 2 years of IT experience, preferably in hospitality or customer-centric environments
- Proficient with Windows OS, networking, and POS systems
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities
- Ability to manage multiple technical tasks and prioritize support needs
- Familiarity with IT service management and process documentation
