The Executive Lounge Attendant is responsible for ensuring a consistently clean and welcoming environment for VIP guests in the Executive Lounge. This position requires high attention to detail, collaboration with the team, and a passion for guest service. By maintaining brand standards and promoting a premium guest experience, this role plays a key part in the hotel’s luxury service delivery.Key Responsibilities
- Ensure all areas of the Executive Lounge are maintained to luxury cleanliness standards
- Deliver prompt, courteous service to guests using the lounge facilities
- Coordinate with housekeeping and front office teams to ensure readiness of the lounge
- Monitor and replenish supplies, food, and beverages during operating hours
- Anticipate guest needs and respond proactively
- Uphold Marriott brand service and hygiene standards at all times
- Communicate effectively with guests and internal teams
- Assist in ensuring guest privacy, comfort, and satisfaction
Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Prior experience in hospitality or guest service preferred
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Detail-oriented with a passion for luxury service
- Physically able to stand and walk for extended periods
- Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and holidays
