As a Crewing Officer, you will manage end-to-end crew mobilization activities, from arranging cost-effective travel to handling certification compliance, documentation, and scheduling. This role demands a well-organized, detail-oriented professional who can work efficiently under pressure and coordinate across departments to support our offshore fleet.Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate crew travel logistics for embarkation and disembarkation in line with schedule
  • Ensure timely visa processing, medical checks, vaccinations, and any required training
  • Verify flag state certifications and STCW compliance for all crew members
  • Maintain accurate and updated crew records and certifications
  • Conduct induction for new sea staff as per company procedures
  • Monitor and update crew change data in systems (JDE and/or NSE)
  • Ensure NSE crew changer is created 21 days in advance and updated post crew change
  • Liaise with Finance to verify settlements before payroll deadlines
  • Raise purchase orders for related services and ensure timely invoice processing
  • Maintain weekly crew change reports and communicate details to relevant parties
  • Ensure timely submission of crew appraisals in coordination with vessel Masters
  • Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours crewing support

Job Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Crew Management, or related field
  • Minimum 2 years experience in crew mobilization for offshore/marine industry
  • Strong working knowledge of STCW and flag state regulations
  • Computer literacy and familiarity with marine personnel systems (JDE/NSE)
  • Organized, with strong multitasking and coordination skills
  • Ability to thrive under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Flexible schedule and willingness to work outside normal hours when needed
