Job description: DescriptionAbout the Role:We are recruiting a skilled and passionate Football Coach to join a leading school or sports academy in the UAE. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in coaching young athletes, with the ability to develop technical, tactical, and physical aspects of the game in a structured and motivating environment.Key Responsibilities:Plan and deliver high-quality football training sessions for students across different age groupsPromote teamwork, sportsmanship, discipline, and a healthy lifestyleDevelop players’ technical skills, tactical understanding, and physical fitnessOrganize and manage school team selections, matches, and tournamentsMonitor student progress and provide regular feedbackEnsure safety and wellbeing of all players during sessionsCoordinate with PE staff and school leadership on sports programmingParticipate in school events, sports days, and extracurricular activitiesRequirements:Recognized coaching qualification (e.g., UEFA C/B License, FA Level 2 or equivalent)Minimum 2 years’ coaching experience, ideally within a school or youth academy settingStrong interpersonal and motivational skillsAbility to work with students of varying skill levels and backgroundsPassion for youth development and education through sportGood command of English; Arabic is a plusAlready in the UAE or willing to relocate with valid documentsWhat We Offer:Competitive salary up to AED 9,000/month (tax-free)Housing allowanceMedical insuranceWork visaSupportive and professional working environment with career growth opportunitiesTo Apply:Please send your CV, coaching certifications, and a short cover letter to:
