Salary: AED 50-60kWe’re hiring an experienced and visionary Operations and Projects Senior Director to lead strategic operations and manage high-impact projects across the business. This is a critical leadership role with broad influence, reporting directly to the General Manager.Key Responsibilities:Develop and execute operational strategies that drive growth and performance.Lead large-scale projects from concept to delivery.Oversee production, supply chain, logistics, and quality operations.Drive innovation and continuous improvement across operational functions.Collaborate with executive leadership to shape strategic direction.Mentor and develop senior leaders across operations and projects.Requirements:10-15 years in senior operations and project leadership roles.Strong experience in project management (PMP or similar preferred).Proven track record in operational transformation and strategic execution.International experience and exposure to digital transformation are highly valued.Willingness to travel frequently and work extended hours when needed.FOR MORE INFORMATIONCONTACT Elle Appleby
