If you’re ready to make a meaningful contribution in a dynamic classroom setting, we want to hear from you.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage the Science Department, promoting innovative and effective teaching practices.Design and implement science curricula in alignment with ADEK standards and school objectives.Provide mentorship and professional development to science teachers across various disciplines (Biology, Chemistry, Physics).Evaluate and monitor student performance and departmental goals.Collaborate with school leadership on academic planning, policies, and compliance reporting.Encourage a culture of inquiry, collaboration, and continuous improvement among staff.Organize department meetings, workshops, and contribute to school-wide strategic initiatives.RequirementsFluent in Arabic with strong English communication skillsADEK-recognized teaching certification is mandatoryBachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Science (Biology, Chemistry, Physics) or related fieldPrevious experience as a Science Teacher with proven leadership or coordination backgroundExcellent organizational and problem-solving skillsStrong interpersonal and leadership capabilitiesNationality: ArabGender: Open to allWhat We OfferSalary: AED 5,000/monthA respected teaching position within a well-established academic institutionSupportive environment with professional development opportunitiesRecruitment support from a trusted HR consultancyHow to ApplyIf you meet the above qualifications and are eager to lead a department committed to science education excellence, we want to hear from you.
