- Check gate connections daily & reporting to CM’s
- Manage the workflow of a specific department or team.
- Answer phone calls, emails and correspondence related to access control within the client communities.
- Perform moderate data validation and entry to database, confirming accurate information is being programmed
- Perform general office support duties including copying, filing, and mailing; maintaining office directories and filing systems; managing access control supplies. May also perform support tasks related to customer service, finance and human resources as needed.
- Assist community management department with special projects as needed.
- Assist community manager in understanding platform
- Other tasks and duties as assigned (region specific).
