From greeting guests at the reception to managing spa room preparation and supporting high service standards, you will play a vital role in elevating the wellness experience at one of the world’s most luxurious spa destinations.Key Responsibilities

  • Greet, escort, and assist spa guests, maintaining a calm, professional, and welcoming presence
  • Ensure cleanliness and readiness of spa treatment rooms and public areas to brand standards
  • Handle guest inquiries, anticipate needs, and arrange amenities to exceed expectations
  • Monitor guest satisfaction, resolve issues promptly, and escalate concerns when needed
  • Maintain spa reception desk and supply stations with proper inventory and hygiene standards
  • Adhere to HACCP and all Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) protocols to ensure safe, top-tier service

Required Qualifications and Skills

  • 2-3 years of experience in luxury hospitality, preferably within spa, wellness, or guest-facing roles
  • Excellent communication skills and guest empathy in a multicultural setting
  • Proactive, service-oriented, and well-organized, with attention to cleanliness and detail
  • Familiarity with HSE and hygiene standards in hospitality environments
