- Oversee poolside F and B operations, ensuring timely and exceptional service delivery

- Respond to guest inquiries and complaints with professionalism and cultural sensitivity
- Conduct service quality audits and maintain accurate operational reports and records
- Promote poolside dining themes, beverage pairings, and seasonal offerings to enhance guest satisfaction
Job Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience in a similar supervisory F and B role in a 5-star hotel or upscale restaurant
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Russian or European languages is a strong advantage
- Proficient with Opera Cloud, Micros POS, Microsoft Office, and SevenRooms
- Demonstrated ability to lead a diverse team and handle guest complaints effectively
- Service-oriented mindset with a keen eye for detail and presentation
