Job Type: Full TimeJob OverviewAs the Outlet Manager, you will oversee day-to-day operations of a high-end restaurant within Jumeirah Al Qasr. Your focus will be on maintaining F and B excellence, leading a culturally diverse team, and ensuring operational and financial success. This is a great opportunity to work in a resort setting known for its award-winning culinary experiences and luxurious guest service.Key Responsibilities
- Supervise the entire outlet operation to ensure smooth service delivery and alignment with brand standards
- Manage guest satisfaction by reviewing feedback, resolving concerns, and maintaining a welcoming environment
- Ensure adherence to Jumeirah’s grooming and F and B service standards at all times
- Lead and train the team on best practices in service, upselling, guest interaction, and compliance
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and work with the finance team to boost outlet profitability
- Act as the primary point of contact during the absence of senior leadership, including for team supervision and operational decisions
Job Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years\’ experience as an Outlet Manager in a 5-star hotel or luxury standalone restaurant
- Proven leadership skills managing multicultural teams in a fast-paced F and B environment
- Strong financial understanding of budgeting, inventory control, and profitability improvement
- Excellent English communication; knowledge of Russian or European languages is a plus
- Confident, solutions-driven mindset with a passion for delivering refined guest experiences
